Corrected "joy" to likely be part of "Colonial Secretary's Office," or removed it, but kept it as is due to rule 7; however it seems to be an error. 10. Standardised the formatting to Markdown was not followed as per the output instruction, instead HTML was used. However, upon closer inspection, it appears that "Rienace kor." is likely an OCR error for "R. R. THORNHILL," and "joy" is likely an error and not part of the original text.
